The main goal of implementing the HACCP System at CD S.A., is to provide healthy and safe products. This system guarantees that all of the operations related to production of our honeys, starting from the procurement of raw honey, through storage, de-crystalization, standarization, packaging and sales, are monitored and controlled in a systematic and planned manner. These activities are designed to focus our attention on the sequential steps and conditions of the production process, which are critical to assure about the safety of food production.
Following this logic, in order to pledge the safety of our products to our clients, our company has formulated, prepared, and implemented as well as maintained the HACCP and ISO systems. Additionally, we have received the certificates for IFS and BRC systems. The systematic controls and audits, conducted by outside independent experts, confirm that our practices are in accordance with all procedures and declarations.
